blooming, 30x30" oil on canvas, frame option

I've been thinking about the swarming behavior--birds, animals, algae, humans-- the one that arises from simple rules that are followed by individuals and does not involve central coordination.  This is blooming.  This is 30x30" oil on canvas on 1 1/2" deep stretcher bars, with frame option.
