CLOUD ATLAS PAINTINGS
in this series from 2023 I used source images from my life that were poignant and memorable. I typically use photographs as inspiration to paint what I feel or to articulate a bit of poetry or as a avenue to express a color. With this series, however, I painted what I saw and remembered. The dates on the paintings relate to the date the image was taken. All the paintings were created in 2023. I'll many times choose to reduce the price on paintings that remain in a series after a certain time has passed or as I need more wall space. I try very hard to place my paintings and not have a secret storage of older works. These last 3 paintings are now at 50% off until they sell.
