final payment plus frame cost on commissioned oil painting, 40x60"
Final payment due by 1/29/22 prior to varnishing & framing. 40x60" oil painting commission. $500 (plus tax) non-refundable deposit on total price of $3000. Balance of $2500 plus tax due on completion. Additional charge of $400 for clear maple floater frame will also be assessed on completion. Inspired by 'out to the streaming' (scene/form) and 'a suspended rediscovery' (palette/light)
commission terms
the $500 deposit is nonrefundable and serves as a commitment by both parties to the commission. The painting will take 4-6 weeks for completion. When I feel the painting is complete, I'll send images and/or you can view the painting in person for approval. Minor adjustments can be made at this juncture. If the final painting does not meet your approval, I will retain the deposit and the painting and sell out of the studio. You will not be required to pay the balance if you do not like the final painting.
