Small Canvas | Big Brushes

The Bay Street Village Studio Artists a group of 16 artists in my downtown Bellingham building will be selling small works for the June artwalk. We will be working on 6×8 INCH canvas panels. This is 1/zillionth of the size I normally work on. I really should have video-taped the process of me painting on this canvas with my big brushes. Hilarious. I think this painting needs a couple more layers, but here it is in its nearly completed state. I’ll do a few of these itty bitty paintings in support of the group effort, but wow, I think the big guys are much more fun.
